FYI, That would be Pounds Avoirdupois, not Pounds Sterling or Pounds Troy. Avoirdupois applies to Agricultural which, I suppose in the real world, means Puppies. Like me.
We went by my Doctor's office this morning and removed anything removeable (like my collar and associated bling), and I LOST a whole POINT SIX pounds. No wonder my clothes are fitting better now. This is wonderful.
